Studied psychology and systemic therapy. Working at the University of Munich as a lecturer and scientist, she conducted studies about the power of narrative methods for finding and transporting tacit knowledge and cultural values and beliefs.
Since nearly 20 years she uses narrative methods to make implicit, experiential knowledge manageable, and she advices organizations in knowledge transfer processes.
Dipl.-Psych. Christine Erlach is founder of NARRATA Consult, a network that is specialising in narrative knowledge- and change management. She has written numerous publications regarding narrative methods in organizations.
