Simon Weber

Simon Weber is a change consultant at Ute Clement Consulting GmbH. Studied business administration first (B.A.) and worked as a corporate student in Controlling and Finance at Deutsche Post DHL in Germany, USA and France. After finishing his B.Sc. in Psychology at the University of Heidelberg, he now focuses on organizational behavior and adaptive cognition in his master studies in Heidelberg. Especially inspired by group dynamics and systemic approaches.
