Nadja Roder-Winkel is a systemic consultant, facilitator and embodiment coach.
She studied psychology at the University of Hamburg, hypnosystemic coaching at the Milton Erickson Institute and body psychotherapy with Gerdy Boyesen.
She has been working in organizational environments in the fields of leadership, team development and conflict resolution for many years.
Combining methods of conflict resolution and body work, she enables individuals and groups to connect with their embodied knowledge, and to fire the curiosity, compassion and courage to bring future possilbilities into their lives.
She lectures on leadership development at the Hamburg Media School and HAW and is cofounder of the Embodiment Institute Hamburg in cooperation with her partner Dr. Ivanina Reitenbach. Their embodiment approach draws its inspiration from Social Presencing Theatre (Arawana Hayashi), Improvisation & Performance Dance and Hypnotherapy and Authentic Movement.
