Paulo de Tarso Fonseca Silva has a Masters degree in Adult Education and Developmental Work Research. He initiated the Collaborative Story Craft method as a way to voice his evolving identity as an immigrant, a parent and an educated professional in Finland. He realised that in order for storytelling to happen, story craft should take place. He has worked to promote the idea that untold stories also affect people’s identity and reality, as it gives room for others to define which story you should tell about yourself. As the idea of externalising stories evolved, others also connected with the need of finding and crafting the right story in times of change.
