In his entrepreneurial career Ingo can draw on more than 20 years of practical experience as head of various agencies and as a start-up founder in eCommerce, new digital workspaces and digital market research. His focus as an international companion and impulse generator was for many years on mastering the digital transformation. He acted as executive coach, freelance consultant and lateral driver in numerous corporations and medium-sized companies with the respective management in the areas of digital leadership and agile organizational development.
As a psychologically trained transaction analyst and practitioner, he fluently combines the levels of human behavior with those of forward-looking methods and models of thinking.
