Storylistening is at least as important as storytelling for organizational development - if not more so. Only by listening can we integrate the experiences of staff and leaders into the process of organizational development. In this seminar we will learn about and try out some methods and tools that support storylistening:

• Event Curve: getting clear about your own experience story

• StorySpace: Sharing experiences and inventing futures

• Story Storming: Creating spaces for storylistening.

The seminar is highly interactive. Participants are expected to get involved, bring their own questions and cases to practice the approaches and tools. Seminar fee includes access to the course material and additional materials.
