To enrich the narrative work, we offer some tools that help to work with the stories - stories that are present in the organization or in the individuals. We will see how to make them fruitful for the culture and development of the organization. We will present selected tools and try them out together with the participants:

Actant sculpture: Making a story visible
Story Circle: Working on your own stories
The seminar is highly interactive. Participants are expected to get involved, bring their own questions and cases to practice the approaches and tools. Seminar fee includes access to the course material and additional materials.
