Erik Flügge is a political strategist, book author and researcher. He works as a political consultant in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and lives in Cologne. He designs communication for NGOs, the government, churches, trade Unions and beliefs in the idea of changing the public mind into a better state.
He publishes on a wide range of topics with a focus on the participation of young people in political processes, the defence of democracy, and topics related to the language and development of large organisations.
He is a guest lecturer at various universities in Germany.
His keynote will focus on how to change the public mind without becoming a populist. He will also host a workshop during the conference.
