Rachel Malek is a facilitator, consultant, public speaker, and community engagement specialist. She draws on ten years of professional experience to nurture participatory decision making and inclusive processes. She holds volunteer roles in local and international organisations, while offering mentorship to others who have experienced hardship and wish to transform these experiences into impact.
Rachel leads a social enterprise, Authentic Engagement (authenticengagement.eu), and collaborates with Jeffer London in the Stimulating Conversation (stimulatingconversation.org) initiative through co-hosting Dialogue Experiments and activating the online @SharingDialogue community.
