Vivica Mildner has a master degree in “International development” from the University of Vienna. She started off as a sports journalist with a particular focus on football, followed by jobs as chief of duty for news portals. Since 2016 she works for FOCUS Online in different resorts and projects, among other things for the policy department. After a workshop with Michael Gleich, a journalist with a particular approach in constructive journalism, she found her passion for solution-oriented and constructive journalism. She organized different projects within FOCUS Online to implement and push the topic further, attended conferences and gave workshops about that topic.
