Re-Narrating Work and Organizations

Augenhöhe is a vision, community, project and experience. From the initial idea to narrate the unfolding changes in work environments and document them in a movie, a prospering community of change agents emerged.

We invited Augenhöhe to share this vision and their work at BEYOND STORYTELLING.

Augenhöhe ist Vision, Projekt und Community. Aus der Ursprungsidee, die neue Wege der Zusammenarbeit und Organisation in einem Film zu dokumentieren, ist eine vitale und umtriebige Community entstanden. Augenhöhe begreift sich nicht nur als dokumentierender Beobachter aktueller Veränderungen sondern auch als Akteur dieser Veränderungen – in Dialogveranstaltungen, als Sparringspartner und in Weiterbildungen.
