Mit der Anmeldung zu der Veranstaltung „StoryCamp Paretz“ werden folgende Allgemeine Teilnahmebedingungen anerkannt.
1. ANMELDUNG: Die Anmeldung zu der Veranstaltung ist verbindlich. Die Anmeldung wird durch Zugang der Rechnung per Email bestätigt und ist mit Eingang der Teilnahmegebühr gültig.
2. STORNIERUNG DER ANMELDUNG:Die Anmeldung kann bis zum 15.06.2021 über unseren Ticketing-Anbieter Eventbrite oder mit einer Email an uns (info@beyondstorytelling.com) storniert werden. Bei Stornierungen bis zu diesem Datum werden 70 % der Teilnahmegebühr rückerstattet. Bei Stornierung nach dem 15.06.2021 werden ausnahmslos keine Gebühren zurückerstattet; dies gilt auch im Krankheitsfall. Im Falle einer Absage der Veranstaltung durch die Veranstalter werden die Teilnahmegebühren in voller Höhe rückerstattet.
3. HÖHERE GEWALT:Sofern die Veranstaltung aufgrund höherer Gewalt, nicht zu vertretender behördlicher Anordnung oder anderer vom Veranstalter nicht zu vertretender Gründe nicht stattfinden kann oder die Durchführung unzumutbar geworden sind, trägt jede Vertragspartei ihre bis dahin angefallenen Kosten selbst. Für Schäden oder Nachteile der/des Teilnehmenden haftet der Veranstalter nicht. Ist der Veranstalter durch höhere Gewalt oder wegen anderer von ihm nicht zu vertretender Gründe genötigt, einen Veranstaltungsbereich zeitweise oder für längere Zeit zu räumen oder die Veranstaltung zu verschieben oder zu kürzen, so begründet dies keine Rücktrittsrechte und ebenso keine sonstigen Ansprüche, insbesondere auch keine Schadensersatzansprüche der/des Teilnehmenden gegen den Veranstalter, es sei denn, dem Veranstalter oder seinen Erfüllungsgehilfen ist ein vorsätzliches oder grob fahrlässiges Handeln vorwerfbar.
4. WECHSEL DER REFERENTEN/INNEN: Soweit der Gesamtzuschnitt der Veranstaltung nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt wird, berechtigen der Wechsel von Referenten/innen und Verschiebungen im Ablaufplan die Teilnehmer/innen weder zum Rücktritt vom Vertrag noch zur Minderung der Teilnahmegebühr.
5. HAFTUNG: Die Teilnehmenden besuchen die Veranstaltungen auf eigene Gefahr. Die Haftung des Veranstalters oder der von ihnen beauftragten Personen für Schäden, insbesondere für solche aus Unfällen, Beschädigungen, Verlust oder Diebstahl, ist ausgeschlossen, es sein denn, dass der Schaden auf einem vorsätzlichen oder grobfahrlässigen Verhalten des Veranstalters oder seiner Erfüllungsgehilfen oder auf der Verletzung von Leben, Körper und Gesundheit beruht.
6. DATENSPEICHERUNG: Durch die Anmeldung zu der Veranstaltung willigt der/die Teilnehmer/in ein, dass seine/ihre persönlichen Daten unter Berücksichtigung der Bestimmung des Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes und des Telemediengesetzes gespeichert werden. Die Daten werden nur für Zwecke der Veranstaltungsdurchführung und -abwicklung sowie für Informationen im Zusammenhang mit dem Thema der Veranstaltung verwendet. Mit der Anmeldung willigt der/die Teilnehmer/in ausdrücklich in die Speicherung und Verarbeitung seiner/ihrer personenbezogenen Daten zu den vorgenannten Zwecken ein. Es findet keine Weitergabe der persönlichen Daten an Dritte zu Werbezwecken statt.
7. SCHLUSSBESTIMMUNG: Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen dieser Vereinbarung ganz oder teilweise unwirksam oder undurchführbar sein oder werden, so berührt dies die Wirksamkeit der übrigen Bestimmungen nicht. An die Stelle der unwirksamen oder undurchführbaren Bestimmung soll diejenige wirksame und durchführbare Regelung treten, die die Vertragsparteien mit der unwirksamen beziehungsweise undurchführbaren Bestimmung verfolgt haben9

With the registration for „StoryCamp Paretz“ you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. REGISTRATION: The registration to the conference is binding. Registrations are taken on a first come, first serve basis. The registration is confirmed via email and secured after the confirmation of payment through Eventbrite.
2. CANCELLATIONS OF REGISTRATIONS: The registration can be cancelled at any time via Eventbrite or direct mail to us (info@beyondstorytelling.com). If the cancellation is made before June 15, 2021, 70 % of the registration fee will be reimbursed. For cancellation after June 15, 2021 the registration fee will not be reimbursed without exception. This also applies to the event of sickness.
3. FORCE MAJEUR: If the event can not take place due to force majeure, unforeseeable official orders or other reasons that are beyond the control of the organizer, each party shall bear its previously incurred costs. The organizers are not liable for any damages or disadvantages of the participants. If the organizer is compelled by force majeure or because of other reasons beyond his control to vacate the / an event space temporarily or for a longer period or to postpone or cancel the event, this shall not provide any right to cancel the registration or to other claims, in particular any claims for damages of the participant against the organizer, unless the organizer or his assistants acted in a deliberate or grossly negligent way.
4. CHANGE OF SPEAKERS: If the overall character of the event is not altered any change to the speakers or the program does notprovide any right to cancel the registration or to other claims (e.g. reduction of registration fee) to the participant. We reserve the right to change or substitute speakers without notice.
5. LIABILITY: The participants attend the events at their own risk. The liability of the organizer or the persons authorized by them for damage, especially for those from accidents, damage, loss or theft is excluded, unless that the damage resulted from an intentional or grossly negligent conduct of the organizer or his agents or Injury based life, body and health. We will do all we reasonably can to provide the conference we advertised but you agree that we are under no strict legal obligation to do so at any specific time or place, provided we have used all reasonable endeavours.
6. DATA STORAGE:By registering for the event the participant agrees, that his / her personal data are stored taking into account the requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act and the Telemedia Act in Germany. The data will be used solely for the purposes of the event planning and execution, as well as information related to the theme of the event. With the registration the participant explicitly agrees to the storage and processing of his / her personal data for the aforementioned purposes. There is no disclosure of personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.
7. FINAL PROVISION If any part of these terms and conditions of this agreement become completely or partially invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions. In place of the invalid or unenforceable provision a valid and enforceable provision shall replace the the invalid or unenforceable provision agreed upon by the parties.
