Marianne Schapmans is running the Holiday Participation Centre in Tourism Flanders, which aims to strengthen the lives of people in poverty via a holiday experience. She is currently launching the Connect Your Story project in partnership with the World Tourism Organisation (UN), and she is an ignitor of many change-processes in her organisation and network. In her work, she adapts the ideas of Appreciative inquiry and Re-authoring work.
